Ellen Muth, President of Muth Rosten Haus, started as a professional actress at age 13. She has been in over 15 feature and independent films, theater performances and TV shows. She is most well known for her lead role in the Showtime TV series called, “Dead Like Me.” She has always enjoyed her coffee but it wasn’t until a few years ago that she became Very interested in coffee beans and how they are processed, differ from one another, and Roasting raw coffee beans. She is now fully educated when it comes to coffee beans and Everything to do with roasting them. As much as she loves roasting and has a passion for rare and specialty green coffee beans, she loves roasting a wonderful new bean she’s discovered and sharing them with people knowing how one sip will blow them away.
